How to install

Requires macOS 13 or later · Apple Silicon M1, M2, M3, M4, or newer · Intel Macs are not supported

Early Access / Installation NoteThis early access release has not yet been notarized by Apple. As a result, macOS may display a security notice stating that the developer cannot be verified when you open the app for the first time. The application is ad-hoc signed; it does not yet have a Developer ID signature or Apple notarization.

Download the PulseVideoSpotRemover-1.0-Apple-Silicon.zip package.
Unzip the archive to reveal PulseVideoSpotRemover.app.
Drag PulseVideoSpotRemover into your Applications folder.
Open the Applications folder.
Right-click PulseVideoSpotRemover and select Open.
Select Open again in the security dialog.
If the app does not open, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and select Open Anyway.
When the app opens, enter your free licence key to activate it.

Make sure you download the app only from this official page. “Open Anyway” grants permission only to PulseVideoSpotRemover; it does not disable macOS security globally.

First launch on macOS

You may see this security message — there is no need to worry.

When you double-click PulseVideoSpotRemover in your Applications folder for the first time, macOS may say that Apple could not verify the app. This message appears because this free release does not yet have Apple notarization; it does not mean that macOS found malware in the app.

Why is it not notarized yet?
Apple notarization requires membership in Apple’s paid Developer Program. PulseVideoSpotRemover is currently provided free of charge, so I have not added that recurring cost at this early stage. If demand for the app grows, I plan to add Apple notarization in a future release.

1. If this message appears: click Done. Do not move the app to the Trash.

2. Allow the app: open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, then click Open Anyway. Confirm the next prompt to launch the app.
